Wow, I underestimated Howard Stern. He seems to be Anna Nicole Smith's personal attorney , some papers refer to him as her lawyer. Anyway she has lost a step in the legal battle but it's not over yet. They probably will appeal to the full 9th Circuit Court and maybe the U.S. Supreme Court.
